Lenovo tabs are facing issues in accessing Google Play Services or Licenses for some of the apps. This is causing your problem. The same has also been reported on Lenovo forum for other apps.
We are working towards a permanent solution to this. However, keeping in mind the timelines for VVM we are suggesting you an immediate solution.
You can try installing it via an APK downloader. For instance you can paste the Google Play store link into this: https://apps.evozi.com/apk-downloader/ .Although updates are not automatic, you may have to periodically re-install them. Please keep referring for the vvm site / dashboard to check what is the latest version of the app. Within the app you can check the app version at the bottom of the screen.
