We are what we eat is not an exaggerated statement. A healthy diet is the most effective tool to fight diseases. However, our modern lifestyle has altered our food habits. Incidentally, our choices of food and lifestyle are closely related to our physical and mental health, and thus our overall wellness.
With this in mind, VVM 2020-21 is coming up with a unique opportunity for registered participants this year.
The Mega Nation-Wide Experiment is a novel endeavour of VVM. The objectives this mega experiment are inculcating observational skills, a scientific mindset, and analytical thinking among our students.
The complete outcome of the Mega Experiment with its objectives, findings and impact on the national scenario will be shared during the National Camp of VVM 2021. The results will also be shared with concerned institutions, government agencies, and policy- makers. read more
